Welcome to Trident Cleaning Services. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🗓️ Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed via phone, text, or email.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee of $25.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
Recurring services may be billed monthly with prior consent.

🧹 Service Scope

Our team provides residential cleaning as outlined in your selected package.
Requests for additional services (e.g., carpet shampooing or pet-specific cleaning) must be made before the appointment.
We do not clean or handle biohazards, valuables, or move large furniture unless previously approved.

🏠 Property Access

Clients must ensure access to the property during the scheduled time.
If we're unable to enter, a rescheduling fee may apply.
We treat every home with respect and care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

🔧 Damages & Liabilities

Trident Cleaning Services is fully insured.
If accidental damage occurs, we’ll document the incident and work toward a fair resolution.
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.

📝 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Re-cleaning may be offered at no extra cost, based on manager review.

🔐 Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and safeguard personal data.
Your contact and service details are used only for scheduling, service delivery, and internal quality improvements.

Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our work and aim for every client to be satisfied. In the event that you're not happy with a service provided, this policy outlines our process for resolving concerns and issuing refunds.

✅ Satisfaction Commitment

If you're unsatisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will offer a free re-cleaning of the affected areas, subject to management review.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Our team failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your booking.
A confirmed cancellation was not properly processed and you were incorrectly charged.
Service was canceled within the allowable notice period (24 hours in advance), and payment was already collected.

⏳ Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or text.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to service.
Dissatisfaction not reported within the stated time frame.
Situations beyond our control (e.g., cluttered areas restricting cleaning, inaccessible property).
